UNE 19601 Certificate. Promoting a culture of crime prevention and anti-corruption

UNE certificates are a recognition granted by the UNE(Spanish Association for Standardization) that certifies that companies and organizations operating in the Spanish market comply with norms and standards of quality, efficiency and safety in the exercise of their activity.

UNE 19601 is precisely the standard that "establishes the requirements and provides guidelines for adopting, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving criminal compliance policies and the other elements of a criminal compliance management system in organizations". It also facilitates the establishment of a compliance management system to prevent crimes and reduce the risk of the organization itself and promote an ethical business culture aligned with the law.

ISO37001 certification. The importance of implementing an anti-bribery management system

ISO standardsare a tool and provisions used to ensure that the products and/or services offered meet the customer's quality requirements and intended objectives. In our case, the ISO37001 certificate is a guide to establish, implement, maintain, review and improve an anti-bribery management system to prevent, detect and deal with bribery and comply with laws. To receive it, you must comply with a series of requirements and evidence of these, as well as having a person responsible for the Anti-Bribery Management System among other specifications.

For Deimos, receiving these certifications endorsed by the UNE is a reason to celebrate and a further demonstration of our commitment to good work and actions to fight corruption and bribery.

ISO 27001:2022. Confidentiality, integrity and continued availability of information

ISO 21001:2022 is an international standard granted by AENOR (Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification) that provides companies with a guide for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It guarantees that the Deimos Group complies with the most up-to-date standards for information security, comprehensive data protection and customer and partner privacy.

To obtain this certification, Deimos has had to go through a series of processes that verify that they have an effective and compliant ISMS. Ismael Lopez, CEO of Deimos Group, says: "The renewal of certification to ISO 27001 not only consolidates Deimos' position as a leader in information security, but also reflects its ongoing dedication to excellence and continuous improvement. We are proud to offer our customers the utmost confidence in the management of privacy and security of their data and all documentation managed in our projects".

At the Elecnor Group, we are committed to the fight against corruption based on honesty, which is part of the company's DNA. That is why Deimos, as a technological subsidiary of the group, boasts a robust compliance management system, with strong roots in Elecnor's Code of Ethics.
