Nombramiento de nuevo Consejero de la Sociedad por cooptación

The Elecnor Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 28 October 2020, agreed, following a report by the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, to appoint Mr. Santiago León Domecq as a member of the Board of Directors, with the status of a proprietary director.

This appointment was agreed by cooptation to cover the vacancy caused by the death of the proprietary director, Mr. Fernando León Domecq.
