The company reaches 58 million euros of EBITDA (+6.6%) and 930.8 million in revenue (+3.7%)

Grupo Elecnor has achieved a consolidated net profit of 27.1 million euros in the first quarter of 2026, an 8.1% increase compared to the same period last year. EBITDA grew by 6.6% to reach 58 million euros, while revenue stood at 930.8 million euros, an increase of 3.7% compared to the first quarter of 2025.

The backlog of executable production in the next 12 months has reached 2,997.7 million euros, a 5.4% increase compared to the previous year, of which 58.3% corresponds to the Projects segment and 41.7% to Services. In terms of geographical distribution, 68.7% of the backlog corresponds to the international market and 31.3% to the domestic market.

Key Figures by Business Segment

Within the current organizational structure, Grupo Elecnor has three business segments, based on the responsibilities assumed by its three General Business Directorates: Services, Projects and Concessions, and Own Projects.

The evolution of the quarter reflects the solidity of the Group's businesses and an improvement in operational profitability, which is particularly relevant in the Projects segment, where EBITDA is growing despite lower revenue.

In the Services segment, Grupo Elecnor integrates energy distribution, telecommunications, maintenance, and installation services, which are essential for generating change and well-being in society. In this business area, Grupo Elecnor achieved an EBITDA of 37 million euros (+13.8%) and sales of 569.5 million euros (+14%), distributed in both the domestic market, which accounts for more than 76% of sales in this activity area, and the international market, which accounts for 23.4%. The margin achieved in this first quarter stands at 6.5%.

The Projects area encompasses the construction, operation, and maintenance of clean energy generation and transmission infrastructure projects worldwide, improving the living conditions of communities and promoting sustainable development. In the first quarter of 2026, this segment presented an EBITDA of 26.7 million euros (+9.8%) and revenue of 359.6 million euros (-9.8%), with its fundamental pillar being the international market, which represents 91.5% of sales, while the domestic market accounts for 8.5%. A margin of 7.4% was achieved in this activity. Increasing margins on sales is one of the main challenges of Grupo Elecnor's strategic plan.

Finally, in the Concessions and Own Projects segment, Grupo Elecnor is dedicated to the development and operation of projects aimed at long-term stability and profitability through concession contracts and strategic investments in its own projects, reinforcing its energy transmission and generation infrastructure portfolio and driving the Group's long-term value. This segment is distinguished between Celeo and the Group's promotion and investment activity.

Celeo is a company in which Grupo Elecnor holds a 51% stake and manages jointly with APG, one of the world's largest pension funds. It participates in 7,949 km of electricity transmission lines in Chile, Brazil, and Peru, both in operation and under construction, as well as in 345 MW of renewable energy (photovoltaic and solar thermal) in Spain and Brazil. The total value of assets in operation managed by Celeo is around 6,000 million euros at the end of the fiscal year.

In the first quarter of 2026, Celeo achieved consolidated sales of 77.2 million euros and an EBITDA of 52.4 million euros (figures at 100%).

Celeo is consolidated in Grupo Elecnor's financial statements using the Equity Method, therefore it does not contribute to the consolidated sales figure. In the first quarter of 2026, its contribution to Grupo Elecnor's results stood at 2.9 million euros (32.9% less than in the same period of the previous year), mainly affected by the depreciation of the Chilean peso against the dollar and a temporary mismatch in the recognition of income associated with Guarantees of Origin, which were recorded in the first quarter of the previous year.

This Concessions and Own Projects area also includes the Promotion and Investment activity. In this regard, Grupo Elecnor maintains its strategy of generating long-term value through the promotion and investment in new businesses, selecting geographies and technologies with high added value, and seeking unique and highly profitable projects in both domestic and international markets. This activity involves the identification, analysis, and development of new investment opportunities, the costs of which are recorded in the Group's financial statements as promotion processes advance.

Dividends

The cash generation from businesses, as well as the financial assets held by the Group, reinforce the commitment to distribute more than 220 million euros in dividends during the three-year period of the 2025-2027 Strategic Plan.

Grupo Elecnor's General Shareholders' Meeting, to be held on May 27, will vote on the distribution of a supplementary dividend of 0.417 euros per share charged to the 2025 results.

In total, 36.18 million euros will be allocated to this supplementary dividend, which, together with the interim dividend already paid, will amount to a total of 44.29 million euros allocated to dividends charged to the 2025 results.
