Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos awarded at the Asepeyo Antoni Serra Santamans Awards for its commitment to occupational health and safety
Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos has received recognition for its preventive track record in the XII Edition of the Asepeyo Antoni Serra Santamans Awards for Best Preventive Practices, organized by the Mutual Insurance Company with the aim of recognizing associated companies that have excelled in their results in occupational risk prevention.
Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos is part of Grupo Elecnor, a Spanish corporation with a presence in over 40 countries, consolidated as an international benchmark in the integration of renewable energy concessions, sustainable infrastructure projects, and essential services for the energy transition and the digitalization of cities.
Enrique Rodero, manager of Elecnor's Joint Prevention Service, received the award from Fernando Casado, president of Asepeyo, at the awards ceremony held at the Acciona Campus in Madrid.
Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos has deserved this recognition for participating in various editions of the Asepeyo Antoni Serra Santamans Awards for Best Preventive Practices. In the IV edition, it was awarded in the ‘Prevention Management’ category for its project ‘Awareness Campaigns for Behavioral Change’. In the current edition, it presented the initiative ‘Transforming with Purpose: BIG DATA, AI, and People United to Make Elecnor the Safest Workplace Day by Day’.
The project consists of a transformation plan that has allowed a shift from a prevention of risks system entirely based on paper evidence to a paperless system. All processes, evidence, signatures, etc., have been digitized and are archived electronically. In addition to environmental benefits, the new system has enabled the automation of many processes, reducing bureaucratic tasks and freeing up time for employees at all levels of the company.
