Elecnor joins the #CEOPorLaDiversidad Alliance (#CEOforDiversity)
70 CEOs have joined the #CEOforDiversity Alliance to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in companies
The #CEOforDiversity Alliance is a pioneering initiative in Europe led by the Adecco Foundation and the CEOE Foundation (Spanish Confederation of Employers and Industries), which aims to bring together companies and the people who run them in an innovative joint vision of diversity, equity and inclusion.
The #CEOforDiversity Alliance is into its second year with a total of 70 men and women in executive positions who have joined this pioneering initiative in Europe. The alliance led by the Adecco Foundation and the CEOE Foundation, aims to bring together the CEOs of major companies in an innovative joint vision of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), making them prime movers and ambassadors who will help to speed up the development of strategies to contribute to business excellence, competitiveness in terms of talent in Spain and the reduction of inequality and exclusion in Spanish society.
Rafael Martín de Bustamante, CEO of the Elecnor Group, has joined this alliance to lead and boost the implementation of strategies regarding diversity, equity and inclusion. Rafael tells us that “diversity is a source of talent. With a workforce that is increasingly diverse, we will be able to interact with our clients, and ultimately with society, in a better way.”
