Elecnor Group is proud to announce that, at the end of December 2024, we completed the Declaration of Conformity with the National Security Framework (ENS) at the basic level for both Elecnor S.A. and Elecnor SYP. This important step ensures that our organizations properly manage the security of their information systems, aligning with the regulations established by the Spanish government.

The ENS Declaration of Conformity is a key element in our commitment to guarantee information protection and the continuity of our services. This progress reinforces our position as leaders in information security management within the sector.

In addition, we are pleased to inform you that Elecnor Group has recently renewed the ISO/IEC 27001 certification, adapting to its 2022 version, an international standard that specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This certification is a testament to Elecnor Group's continuous effort to comply with the highest standards in information security.

The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard is characterized by a risk-based approach, which promotes the identification, assessment, and treatment of risks related to information security. It encourages the continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring its adaptation to changes in the environment. Furthermore, it facilitates compliance with legal requirements and protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, involving top management in their governance.
