Grupo Elecnor promotes accident prevention in the Year of Occupational Safety and Health

In 2026, it will be 30 years since the Spanish Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks came into force. For this reason, the Government of Spain has declared 2026 as the Year of Safety and Health at Work with the aim of reinforcing a culture of prevention and moving towards safer and healthier work environments.

For Grupo Elecnor, where accident prevention is part of the corporate culture and the daily management of its projects, this institutional boost represents an opportunity to continue advancing in the development of increasingly safe work environments.

Safety and health, a strategic value for our development

Our employees are our greatest asset. In this context, we reaffirm our commitment to the safety and health of people, an essential value that is part of our business strategy and management model. At Grupo Elecnor, we continuously develop policies, investments, and specific occupational risk prevention programs, aimed at ensuring safe working conditions in all our activities and projects.

We approach prevention with a focus on continuous improvement, strengthening the training of our professionals and investing in innovation in preventive management tools. This approach allows us to identify risks early and reinforce decision-making in safety matters to create increasingly safer work environments.

Investment, training, and continuous improvement to move towards "zero accidents"

We constantly promote training initiatives, awareness campaigns, and specific safety programs,in addition to investments aimed at strengthening protective equipment, control processes, and the incorporation of new technologies oriented towards anticipating and reducing risks.

Thanks to these initiatives and investments, we promote a preventive culture shared by all our teams, oriented towards a common goal: moving towards increasingly safer work environments and towards our goal of "zero accidents", ensuring the well-being of all people involved in our projects.

The declaration of 2026 as the Year of Safety and Health at Work represents an opportunity to continue reinforcing this commitment and to keep promoting prevention as one of the fundamental pillars of our company's sustainable development.
