Elecnor Foundation promotes emotional education for over 4,000 students in Murcia

Emotional education is gaining ground in the classrooms of the Region of Murcia thanks to the program “Growing in Prevention: Emotional Health and Academic Success”, an initiative promoted by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training together with the Elecnor Foundation, in which more than 4,000 Primary school students from nearly 50 educational centers are already participating.

The project seeks to reinforce skills such as emotional management, conflict resolution, and decision-making through dynamic and participatory methodologies adapted to third, fourth, and fifth-grade primary school students.

The initiative, which began as a pilot experience in the 2023-2024 academic year, combines face-to-face training, digital resources, and interactive activities to promote emotional well-being and improve school coexistence. Its objective is to continue growing to reach nearly a hundred educational centers in the region.
